Namibia is known as “Africa’s Gem” and also “The Land of Contrasts”. These are two excellent descriptions of a country I love so dearly. Namibia is a vast country of over 800 000 square kilometers in size and about 16% of the country has been set aside as National Parks. Scattered through the beautiful country of Namibia are the 1.7 million people, which means roughly 26 people per square kilometer – one of the most sparsely populated countries in Africa!

Namibia is a country of clear blue skies and pleasant climate. The summer months are hot with temperatures of 35°C or higher are not uncommon in the south or north of the country. Fog is a common occurrence along the coast in the early mornings or late afternoons. Namibia has a multi-cultural population with over a dozen different cultural groups. Wilderness and modern amenities co-exist happily in this land of vivid contrasts. Visitors to Namibia can see the country by means of comfortable coach tours, fly-in safaris, self-drive holidays or guided safaris tailored to you’re your individual needs.

You will of course realize that we do not mark up the prices of the accommodation or safaris – as they all include a commission in their public prices and this is how we make our living.
